Question about 1999 Volkswagen Beetle
My blinkers and wind shield wipers stopped working a week ago. My headlights stopped working yesterday. What is the problem? Thanks
Check the electrical part of your ignition switch . this is common to burn out and is easy and inexpensive to fix .does not require anything to be done to the mechanical part of the switch and key.

Check your ground conections under the dash first. and if they look ok take them apart and clean them anyway, and if the problem is still not fixed look for what all of these systems have in common. i would suspect the grounds though its common on vw problems.
