If the 3rd brake lamp is working then the problem is the multi-function switch on the steering column.
To replace it remove the lower trim around the column and you should be able to access both screws to remove it.If you have to remove the upper trim around the steering column to get to the top screw the you will have to remove the lock cylinder. To do this turn lock cylinder to on position then look under the bottom and you will see a small hole.Insert a pick or screw driver into the hole and press button and pull the lock cylinder out.

check and make sure the brake lights come on when you apply brake. The shift interlock works off the same circuit so if the lights arent working it wont shift out of park. It is common for the switch to go bad.

Brake light switch is not working. Electric brake controller is activating the shift lock. It's either the switch or the brake light fuse.

It would then be a bad ground. Start at the bulb fixtures cleaning and refastening; look for cracked broken wires as you go. A little multimeter will help.

Automatic gearshift stuck in park

The release for the shifter is tied to the brake lites, check to see if the brake lights work, if they don't then test the brake light switch at the top of the brake pedal, if it lights a test lite when you press the brake it is ok, in that case you need to check the little solenoid that pulls the cable to unlock the shifter, it is bolted to the top of the steering column, in order to get at it you will have to unbolt the column and drop it dow.
