Do a code check. If you can't, use a good volt/ohm meter to check components...I'd look at the ignition coil, crank sensor ign control module and all ignition related fuses. Most inexpensive manuals cover this stuff.

My 1994 jeep wrangler is randomly haveing spark failer with a new distributor why

Could be a bad rebuilt distributor or it could be a bad ecu computer not sending a signal to fire up the spark. Another cause may be a bad crank sensor not sending a signal to the ecu computer, to allow spark. All those problems can be repaired but you have to find out which one it is first.

I put in a new clutch in my 94 Wrangler 4.0. now no spark

Wow. That's weird. I had a problem once where taking out the rear crossmember, then lowering the transmission tail shaft cracked the distributor cap against the firewall.

Look for something at the rear of the engine that might have gotten pinched when you too the tranny off.

Jeep wrangler Fuse box

You have two locations for the fuse box. One is either under the hood or behind the glove box. I would pull apart the glove box and take a look.
