Check all your fuses.( you probably did, but do it again, one at a time) it seems like your control pannel is not getting power. See what wire is the power for the control pannel and bypass it with a jumper wire, giving it power and see if the blower works. Be careful though, make sure you find the correct wire that powers the control, or else you'll burn the control.

Hi I have a 1996 T100 the Blower fan for the ac/heater goes on and off when in the on position no matter what speed it on ,I changed the bloer switch but contiues to do the same thing any advise ?

you could have a bad blower motor resistor that the resistor wire is making and braking contact disrupting the power to the could also be a loose or dirty connector at the resistor or the motor itself a bad ground at the motor or a bad blower motor.

your linkage might need adjustment would not advise to bypass switch as it will start in ANY GEAR AND MIGHT CAUSE INJURY OR DEATH suggest replacement of safety switch not that expensive

Could be simple as a fuse or the globes, also try checking to ensure that you haven't dislodged the connecting plug in the back underneath the rear light connector. Good luck
