Re: dome lights won't work or power mirrors
Ford's are notorious for electrical 'ghosts'. If the fuses are all fine.. and the motors for the windows and the light bulb for the dome light are good... probably not much that can be done unless you want to give it to the dealer for diagnosis and repair, but they'll probably tell you they can't find the problem.

Hello! Check fuse #11 (15A)...Are your Mirrors and Wipers working? If that fuse is good and mirrors/wipers with dome, door locks and radio are not working it looks very much like a defective Ignition switch...send a comment...
There are 2 different fuses for what you are talking about. See picture below; the fuse for the power mirrors is in the number 4 position and is a 10 amp fuse. This fuse covers the power mirrors, glove box lamp, map lamps and under the hood lamp. The fuse for your dome lights is in the number 14 position and is also a 10 amp fuse. This fuse not only covers the dome lamps but it also covers the cargo lamp, courtesy lamps and the running board lamps. If you are just having problems with the two things you mentioned then you may be looking at something else like a wiring problem. this all should be in your owners manual if you have one. If you need an owners manual you can email me at firstname.lastname@example.org with your make, model and year and I will be happy to email you a copy at no cost. I hope this helps you and good luck. here is your picture:
