I had this same issue. My radio had a very soft sound when it was turned up all the way. I found that it was the tmute setup used for hands free phone option. (I did not have this option). I found a wiring diagram and cut the tmut wire on the amp, to my surprise it work. the amp was the only component I could get to. this work for me, I hope it helps.

P1130 Air/Fuel Ratio Sensor Circuit Range/Performance Malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
This sensor is the hardest to get at. It is between the cat and the cylinder block on the bank of cylinders closest to the firewall. Not much wiggle room back there.
Sensor will run you about $225 from Toyota, $275 from Lexus, but you may be able to get a Denso sensor on line.
Good luck and hope this helps. keep me posted.

If it is running perfectly I wouldn't think that you would need to replace the timing belt. You shouldn't need to replace that until 100,000-120,000 miles. I would definitely hold off until now unless you have start having some timing problems. Let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks for rating my response and for using FixYa!

Remove 3 - 4 screws on fender cover close to side marker light. Pull fender cover out a bit for you to use your other hand to reach side marker light. By twisting on one direction and here you go the light out. Replace new bulb and replace everything on reverse order.

take the woodgrain cover off around shifter, it pops off. next pull out the small panel just below the radio, pull it straight out towards you, set it aside. there are 4 bolts holding the radio in, you will need a light to see the back 2. remove these bolts and carefully pull radio straight out.
