How do i change front coil springs on a renault clio ?, do i need any special tools ? Easy task or hard ?

You would need coil spring compressors, which are dangerous in the wrong hands. If you have to ask the question, it's probably something you haven't tackled before. I'd leave it to a garage, or someone who owns the correct tools. Rgds, Paul.

There are Garage websites out there now which allows you to put in the repair and garages will contact you with a price locally. According to which model clio you have the clutch kit on ebay are from 40 - 80 pounds in the UK .
Contact a local independent garage or mechanic for a price .

would need to see it sorry,could be anything or everything as it is a renault with encrypted software ,check the obvious first like spark plug gaps ,25th then if still the same maybe the coil pack

Need to change a head lamp bulb on a clio 2002 and finding it difficult , do i have to remove the hole lamp?


I know some Renaults such as the Megane have an access port within the wheel arch. You might try checking there. If there is one though, then it's likely easier to take the wheel off to get to it.

Renault clio clutch adjust


If the problem is just a clutch cable (clio 55 plate should be cable, not hidraulic), you can adjust or replace the clutch cable quit easily.

If the problem concerns instead the clutch disk, then you will need to put a car up on a bridge, empty the oil and fluid, and remove the clutch that is attached on the engine, on the right lower side.
This is usually not a job for home repair.
