While i am driving along the motorway at round about 80 mph and i start to feel a vibration through the vehicle not through the steering. its sounds like a droning noise not a wheel bearing noise.

make sure your u-joints are properly line up. there should be a slight rasied area the end caps should sit flush on. its common when someone doesnt double check the seating on U-joints. i have done this a few times. If the truck was on a rack hope that the drive shaft was not hitting the rack causing it to bend.
the scraping noise may be the carrier bearing TQ'ed too much? what did you TQ it at? they are very sensitive.
good luck, hopefully its just out of alignment with the u-joints and improperly TQ'ed bearing.

When you say "throughout" that would indicate that it is coming from the rear of the truck..
There could be a number things causing this..
It could be a bad tire or a broken belt on a tire..
A test for this is - roll along at 3 miles per hour.. If you feel a wobble - that is probably a broken belt in a tire..
Or maybe even a bent axle..
It could be a bad universal in the drive shaft..
It could be a broken shock/strut or mount or both..
Best of luck !

No, its your axle drive or cv booth are the problem. Check your cv rubber booth if rip, check both side wheel. Rubber booth is a sealed rubber covering the cv joint of your wheel. Sometimes you feel and you will hear that noise, only when you make a turn. Replace your both front wheel drive axle, ok

Hi
It could be 2 things the rear differential for the 4 wheel drive or the torque converter, " is this an auto ?"
you may need to bleed the system through if this is the hydrolic set up, they have a slave cylinder and this can often be the cause if the fluid is low or has air in it.
Hope this helps
