I have a 2001 Dodge Caravan Sport the horn doesn't work, cruise control quit working, in addition the blower motor only works on high, in the front and rear. We unhooked the battery for just a second to clean connections and the radio quit working, also. The fuses all good. What might the problem be?

1998 dodge grand caravan fuse panel diagram

There is also a labeled HORN relay in the fuse box next to the battery... the fuse box is long and rectangular. The inside of the lid has the diagram for both the fuses and relays it contains. The other is a fuse panel under the dashboard on the driver's side. It cover lights and a few other items. The fuses are labeled, but the relays are NOT. One of the relays, controls the emergency hazard flashers. You need to check both places and replace any fuse that states HORN and the HORN relay, to be sure the problem goes away.

The horn on my van dose not work i check the fuse and the relay and they are ok.

Use a voltmeter at the horn connections. If it shows 12 volts DC when someone
presses the horn button for you, it means the horn is bad. If voltage isn't getting to the
horn and the fuses are good, you may have a broken wire or bad ground at the horn, if it
is wired to ground at the horns frame.

I have a dodge gran caravan 3.3 engine and the horn does not work

Only one wire?? then its a ground wire, grounds a relay to energize the horn, disconnect the horn and see if you have voltage to it , if not it could be the relay, steering column not grounding, or a bad wire.

Horn inop 2003 grand caravan

Yes, it sounds like the connector on the horn could have been accidentally unplugged while the work was being done.

The horn is under the hood very near the front grill on left or right side.

Horn blows randomly - like I'm in a wedding. Car can be on or off

it seems i say this way to often but it sounds like a relay. locate the horn relay, likely located in the engine compartment fuse panel near the battery and replace it.

1998 Dodge Grand Caravan Horn Not Working

The most common problem with this is the clockspring, it is located just under the steering wheel. It will cause the horn not to work, airbag light to come on, and the cruise not to work. There is probably a recall on this. Contact a local dealer to see if the recall applies to your car.
