The cause of the fan not shutting off could be the fan relay contact stucking up to close circuit, therefore the fan continues running eventhough you turn off the ignition switch or the thermoswitch is faulty. but the best thing you do is visit to nearest honda service center for proper check up.

NNNNOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is supposed to do that! 90's Hondas are weird like that! If you look, there should be a sticker somewhere in the engine compartment warning you that the fan stays on and can come on at any time. Same thing used to happen to my old accord and I have customers asking me about that all the time!.

94 honda accord radiator fans do not work. fuses are good. not sure on how to check relays. i jumped the thermosatt temp sensor so they stay on just did a head gasket job dont want to do that again

the thermostat could be bad ,not opening up to make the flow of coolant threw engine, you have switch on the bottom of radiator unplug the 2 wires with key on jumper the 2 wires if fans come on that switch could be bad or thermostat not opening to let coolant threw system

94 honda accord cooling fan fuse keep blowing do i need to replaces fan or search for a bad wire

More then likely will have to replace fan motor, fan motor is weak and asking for to many amps to work, and that will over load and blow the fuse, if it was wiring the fuse would blow right away, replace fan motor.

Changed radiator on94 honda civic now car

verify the plug of the fan and the fan switch located in termostat housing, if all are pluged in remove the conector of fan switch and short it with little piece of cable, if fan turn on replace the switch! it cost around $20. if the fan no turn on when short the conector verify if the fan conector have 12v if have it changer the fan motor if not check the fuse.

94 honda accord turns off when i come to a stop.

Sounds like the fuel supply pipe inside the fuel tank has hole that's why if the fuel level is about 1/4 and the pipe hole is not completely soak in the fuel, the fuel pump will sucks air instead of fuel and this can cause of lack of power first until the engine shut off but if your problem is sudden shut off without other symptoms like lack of power or engine rough running first before engine shutting off, most probably it was electical problem.
