Good morning and welcome to fixya
in order to assist you better i need to ask you some exploratory questions. first does the blower function on any speed at all low thru high? does the blower function in any mode air cond thru the defroster? usually only a couple things that can cause this situation. you can start by checking the blower fuse and relay under the hood and inside the vehicle, consult your owners manual and it will tell you exactly which fuse and realy you are looking for. if that is not the problem then we narrow down our search to the blower resistor or motor or the blower switch. let me know after you check the fuses and we''ll go from there. thank you again.

Sounds like you have a shorted power wire to ground in your heater circuit.

I have a 2004 Impala. when I turned off the ignition myheater blower stayed on what can i do tofix it cheap?

More than likely the resistor for the heater motor is causing the problem
it is located behind the heater motor under the dash on the passengers side. If the heater motor is making noises it may be drawing to much and caused the resistor problem.

Heater not working in 96 chey blazier

1. Check engine coolant.
2. Check heater core.
3. Check electronic control valve.
4. Check thermostat.

The problem lies within one of these four possible issues. =)

I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM WITH MY IMPALA. THIS SOUNDS CRAZY BUT JUST WHACK THE PLASTIC UNDER THE GLOVE BOX A GOOD ONE. I FOUND THAT SOLUTION ON THE INTERNET.
MY BLOWER QUIT WHEN MY WIFE WAS DRIVING THE CAR. SHE STOPPED, WHACKED THE PLASTIC UNDERNEATH THE GLOVE BOX, AND IT HAS BEEN WORKING EVER SINCE. SHE FIXED OUR CAR!!!!!!!!!!

2004 impala a/c blower not working

No it can not.
You have a couple of actuators that have gone out. The driver temp control. And the air inlet actuator.
And I don't fallow your statment of "my a/c blower went completely out. I tested the blower and it works fine".

If the blower went out, then what do you mean it works fine? Are you talking about air delivery or it just quits blowing all together?

Fan for heater

Could be a fuse. If not it could be the blower motor or the resistor. First try hitting the blower motor passenger side underdash. Some times they stick. If this works replace the blower motor if not check for power at the blower motor if no power replace resistor if you have power replace the motor.
