Windscreen washers on 03 plate Citroen berlingo not working

Hi I have an 03 plate Berlingo multispace. the Windscreen washers are not working (no sound from the pump) I have changed the F14 fuse which had no visible signs of being broken. Other than changing the pump is anyone aware of anything else that may be causing it to not work?

Just fit a new pump ,but before you buy a new one connect the wires to the pump to a multimeter or a light and see if you have power as often the head unit on the steering column packs up .

Look under the hood on top of the radiator there is usually some type of a sticker there which show the pulley setup
