The arm that controls the lock probably came loose. You need to take out the door panel, the plastic sheet, and reattach it.

There should be retainer nuts on the inside. You would have to remove the inner door panel to access.

I need to replace the driver side door knob. I beleive I will have to remove the door panel. How do i do this? Ir is a 1991 Honda Accord EX.

Leave the window rolled up:
remove the door panel
remove the lining
remove the two bolts 10 millimeter
you may need wiggle the latch out and unhook it from the outside of the door or you may have to reach up inside to remove the latch
Good Luck Tim

My drivers side door will not open. Cannot remove panel. How do I remove the panel withou opening the door for 1998 Honda Accord

Had the same problem happen to me on a rear door. A mechanic lowered the window, and managed to "fish" the metal rod that goes from the outside handle down to the locking mechanism. Usually, this rod becomes dislodged at the top end, where it meets the outside and inside handle rods, disabling both. If it became dislodged at the bottom, where it meets the locking mechanism, then this procedure will not work. Much of the front door panel can be disassembled with the door closed. And maybe, just maybe, if you take out the window switches sub panel from the door panel, you will be able to look for and reach the rod actuator. This subpanel (black plastic) is held by just two screws at the bottom, hidden with a plastic top, that you have to pry out to reach the screw itself.

How do I remove the driver side door panel to get to the door latch. The door latch will not release from the outside or inside. I need to be able to remove the door panel but cannot open the door.

if you can't open the door fromt inside or outside, you might have to cut the metal piece that the latch connects to when closing the door, using a sawzall.

I learned this trick from a local body shop where I live.

Replacing the piece is easy, with a large Philips bit.

Cheaper than ruining a door.

Driver-side window fell off track. How to remove door panels and get window back on track?

1) remove the little plastic panel the covers the access to the outside mirror 2) remove the inside door opening handle 3) remove the window switches panel 4) disconnect all electrical contacts for #2 and #3, pull the upholstery panel, it has no screws, just self locking plugs, and careful with the door light, it has a very short cable. 5) remove the clear plastic protective sheet, very carefully, in order not to damage it, since it is attached with a reusable rubbery material. 6) determine what went wrong with the window glass guide.

Ob1 location on 1995 Honda Accord EX 4 cylinder four door automatic Thank you Mark Fernandez

The ob1 socket is located in the hood of the car close to the dash on the driver side.

It is contained in a black box and is naturally flip open.

Look well enough.

Cheers.
