Question about 1994 Ford Explorer Limited
My wife locked her keys in and it is the only set. we have a 1994 ford explorer eddie baure edition. it is equiped with an anti theft system on it . if u or someone else has jimmyed the lock on one of the doors that may be your problem. on the lock is a senser and if that senser is not on there then the alarm will go off every time you open that door. so you have to take the door panal off and put it back on. if you don't know how to put it back on then take the opposite door panal off to see how it goes on. hope that helps you out

First is this an after market system? If so you will have to find the box under the dash and disconnect it. also if it has starter disable you will have to repair the wires that the installer cut to install that feature. If it is the factory alarm it is behind the dash.

Have you verified this system is running the battery down? The system you describe is called the Remote Keyless Entry System (Electronic Time/Alarm & Control System - ETACS Module). It cannot be 'disconnected' without disabling other systems (intermittent wipers, Chime bell, Door Warning, Dimming Off Room Lamp, Seat Belt indicator, remote power door lock/unlock system, etc.)
