Question about 2004 Volkswagen Eurovan
I have triied to change my factory fitted side lights for LED lights on my 06 caddy van 1.9tdi however the LED lights work for only a few seconds and then go off. what shall i do??
I had a similar problem when I fitted LED sidelights, they worked with the key turned but as soon as I started the engine they went out again. The "bulb out" error came up on the dash too. It's caused by the low current consumption the LEDs have, and thus the computer thinks a bulb has blown. You can get resistor kits to solve this but it's a lot of hassle. I just went for blue coated sidelights from a company called Ultra bulbs, they produce a bright white light.
