Question about 1996 Honda Accord
Check your battery connections and make sure they're not loose (grab it and wiggle the connector). If it is, tighten them. If they're both tight (positive and negative), then it could be your alternator. Unfortunately, the voltage regulator is part of the alternator itself and can't be replaced seperately.
