Question about 1993 Honda Accord
The D4 light stays on when i put it in park or reverse. This does not occur all the time but when it does my car wont shift out first gear! I can usually let it sit for a while then I will stop the problem. Is this a Speed sensor problem i have?
I suspect that you have a bad Transmission control module. These were a very common problem in the early 1990's Accords. The TCM is located under the passenger floor mat next to the Engine computer. If you are comfortable doing this yourself, the rebuilt TCMs are available on Ebay very reasonably. Google "accord tcm" for more info.
