Loud squeaking when turning steering wheel

It appears to be coming from the right side chassis but, the noise is pretty loud inside the car (possibly transfered?). I noticed both tires vibrate slitely when turning at a standstill. Also, the noise goes away when both tires are jacked up off the ground. I lubed the zerk fittings on the top of control arm and I also noticed the tie rod seems sloppy on the drivers side.

Is the squeak coming from inside the car? or on the chassis ?

On the intermediate shaft. Steering shaft there is a rubber boot where it goes thru the firewall. This rubs, sometimes can be lubed with a silicone spray, sometimes needs the shaft replaced.

SOURCE: steering wheel squeaking

they do that sometimes...Usually if you take some silicone spray and squirt it all around the area where you can hear the squeak,it will go away.

What do i do for loud squeak when i turn flymo tl400

Loud squeak when turning on is usually low power steering fluid or a water pump going out. If the power steering fluid is fine keep an eye on your temp gauge and make sure it is staying consistent when hot.

Seabring frontend squeaksonly when i turn the wheels 04 four door

These problems normally point to component wear, lack of lubrication. or an incorrect adjustment.
You must inspect and test the steering system to locate the source of the trouble. just make sure the parts on front end are lubricated. check the front struts, sometimes if the upper plate goes bad, it will make noises. just check it out. you will find the squeaks !

Squeaks loud when turning the wheel mostly to the right. I have checked the power steering fluid, it is at the correct level. Its the kind of squeaking as if it were the tires inside an automotive shop,...

This sounds like the power steering belt is slipping, this will cause a loud squeal, check all the belts and make sure they are good and tight, mostlikly its the power steering belt as the noise only happens when the wheel is turned.

My steering column is make loud squeking noises.

The rubber "boot" at the firewall is chafing on the steering shaft. Spray shaft with silicone lube, then turn the steering wheel back & forth to work lube in. May require occasional re application.
