You have answered your own question almost. You will need to jack the car up and inspect everything being that its 91 camara, there is defintely enough room to inspect everything. You either have a hose leak, a radiator or water pump leak. Only inspection will find that out.

Try 0 degrees. It should state it on the radiator cover, but mine didn't. I tried 10 advance and it started real hard. I think you need to disconnect the single wire terminal near the distributor/coil that sticks out of your harness wrap before you set timing and reconnect it afterwards. That's what I recall from my TPI car and this TBI car seems to have the same electronics. Good luck.
