Question about 1994 Chevrolet Lumina APV
Try turning the key on don't try to start turn it back off for 5 secs. turn back on repeat 4 or 5 times then start it. If it starts you have a fuel problem. Put pressure gauges on it you will see a pressure drop after you turn off the key. Either the fuel pump is bad or your pressure regulator is bad
