There is a problem with the device that senses exhaust gas recirculation flow. I believe it's called the egr differential pressure sensor. It is an aluminum box about the size of a matchbox, mounted at the front of the intake. It will have an electrical connector and two silicone hoses going to it. It is common for the hoses to rot out, check these carefully, if they are OK, you will need a new sensor.

The codes are lean fuel condition for both banks. A very common problem with this engine that will set these codes are the upper & lower intake gaskets. You may experience a rough or rolling idle at cold start up and the condition will go away as the engine warms up. If you have checked all the basics such as vacuum leaks or air inlet leaks between the air filter box and the throttle body, then I would consider replacing these intake gaskets. Good Luck and please leave rating. Thanks
