Hi, This is a sign that you have combustion gas entering the cooling system, have a cylinder leakage test done to find this out. If this is the case you will need a head gasket replacement or cylinder head replacement.
Check belt tension, squeeling is most likely due to belt slippage. Have you noticed any fluid leaking from under your Jeep? Coolant level drop could be from bad water pump, when the pump needs replacing, water flows out of a "weep hole". It could be leaking onto your belt also, causing it to squeel
The washer pump is located on the washer bottle. Must check for power at pump when applying switch if no power (12 volts) check fuse or curcuit. If it has power replace pump. Also: if pump is operational check hoses for resteictions.
