May be as simple as removing bulbs and cleaning up all contacts, or replacing bulbs if contacts are too corroded.

try changing the signal flasher. note the e-flasher looks the same. when you find a flasher turn on the e-flasher so you know you have found the signal flasher. they are usually in the same general area.

If the fuse is good and it has voltage, the problem could be the flasher or the turn signal switch.

1994 BUICK SKYLARK- MY TURN SIGNALS ARENT WORKING, AND NOW ALL OF A SUDDEN MY LEFT TURN SIGNAL IS FROZEN IN THE ON POSITION....WE ALSO PURCHASED AND ELECTRICAL FLASHER THINKING THAT MIGHT HELP THE TURN...

If the turn signal is stuck in the position, then the turn signal switch is bad,now if the turn signal just stays on,and does not blink, and the turn signal lever returns to the neutral position, then it is a bulb that is bad on that side on the car,,front, side,or rear.If the turn signal moves to the left position, and returns back to the neutral position,it is ok,unless it is blinking, then it would be bad,the turn signal switch.

Turn signals work intermittenly

Take the turn signal bulbs off and check for corrosion. Clean the bulb contacts and harnesses. Put enough bulb grease on the contacts but not on the bulbs and try them out. You can clean them with a wire brush or how ever you find suitable.

It is behind center of instrument cluster just above the accel pedal in the blower/flasher relay block,it is actually a relay on this vehicle.
