Is it saying no codes or is it saying no BUS ? See the thing is if the fuse for the data link connector was blown it would would also be the power source for the auto shut down relay which would mean your vehicle would be in a no start condition. Is this the case ? Below is a diagram of the fuse layout in the power distribution center on the vehicle. If any fuse would be out the number 21 fuse would be the only one. The light that says "FUSE" is refering to the IOD (Ignition Off Draw) fuse. It is located in the engine compartment Power Distribution Center (PDC). For more information, This subject is covered in the vehicle Owner's Manual.
