Reset switch for what? If it is the oil maintenance light, turn the key to the on position, and pump the gas pedal 3 times to reset.

Do a 2003 cavalier have a fuelpump reseat button this is for 2.2L engine.

Click on the link, there is no reset switch. Note the diagram. Voltage for load side of relay comes from fuel pump/inj fuse, probably goes hot with the key on. At fuel pump connector, gray wire is voltage, black is ground, need both.
I don't know what testing you have done? Engine cranking did you visually check for spark at the plugs? Do you have fuel injector pulse? Any applicable trouble codes?

Is there a check engine light? if so a data scan can give you a little better idea. need a start point as to the malfunction. any gas in it. or fuel pump failure?

I have a 2003 chevy cavalier and it seems to shift

the transmition is electronic and needs to know some info on how the engine is running
it gets this info from a number of sensorm
rpm, air temp, coolant temp, throttle position.
those inputs need to be checked

My back up lights dont work on my 2003 chevrolet cavalier it might be a fuse but i do not know where its located

look for fuses on the right and left side of dash.if its not the fuses probably .transmission neutral switch if its bad your back up lights wont work.

It is probably not the anti theft system if it cranks over fast then slow it is your timing chain. If you want to try resetting the anti theft system disconnect the battery cables for 24 hours and reconnect them.
