Question about 2004 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Crew Cab
Fuse for the dash gages keeps blowing. If I continue driving truck, the radio gos on and off and the transmission won't shift. If I shut off the truck, it won't start again util fuse is replaced. My husbands truck continually is blowing only the cigarette lighter fuses. There are two of them located on the front dash. Everytime he replaces them and we plug something in it just blows again. Any help would be greatly appreciated. (firstname.lastname@example.org)
Replace the cigarette lighter. Look to find out what else is on the instument cluster circuit, as that may be the problem, or a bad cluster.
