Question about 2000 Buick Regal
I have a 2000 buick regal. the abs brakes have a studdering feel and noise, like when stopping going bumps, but this happens on smooth surfaces. is it the ebcm or something less expesive. what are my choices to solve the problem.
If you are braking hard and one or more wheels lose grip, the ABS system will modulate brake pressure in pulses to the slipping wheels. That is a normal feeling when this is happening. If you have a pulsation under light braking, it is likely that you have brake rotors that are no longer true and and need to be replaced or machined.
