Question about 1996 Chevrolet K1500
I have a '95 Chevy C1500. It has no exterior door handles and opens with poppers by a remote control. The problem is that the battery is dead, so the doors won't pop. So now I can't get into the car to pop the hood so I can charge the battery to open the doors.
I don't want to call a locksmith because I got ripped off last time this happened. Is there a way to pop the hood from the outside? I can get the hook in the center of the hood open, but have no idea where the latch is that you release from the inside. Thanks!
Best idea i can think of is to be careful and you can connect the jumper cable to the main power at the starter and the ground to almost anything under there to get enough power to get the doors to pop its a pain but it beat paying the lock smith
