Question about 1995 Mercury Cougar
Check for a leak around the abs control module this happend to me 1 month ago .. the module needed to be replaced it is located behind the front bumper in front of the drivers front tire. if no leak check ALL the electrical conections on the module... ps mine made a pump running noise even without the key in it was the funnyest hing ever .... bleeding this system requires a dealers electronic adapter to prevent an eventual mushy brake pedal
