There is a relay that powers the blower motor circuit . Left I/P fuse box , do you know where that is ? The relay is IGN 3 relay .

Does your car have Manual or automatic climate control ?
Check the actuator motor on the heater it directs the air into the vents. There is probably two of them be sure to check both. The motor makes the vents move and again directs the air where you want. Hope this helps.
Hi Anonymous, Randy here I 'll see if I can help you with your problem. By chance have you Looked under the hood in your engine bay on the fender there should be a black box, this is the Power Distribution Box it contains Fuses, Relays, etc. This carries the Higher load fuses and such. U must remove the climate control unit from the dash and remove the top cover of the unit, u will find a tiny twist in light bulb socket with a tiny little light bulb, this provides the backlight for the AC/heater display, u can buy the bulb at any auto parts store, couple of bucks.
