Have 1994 Caddilac fleetwood that starts sometimes and runs with no starting problems all day and the next day it won't start at all the ingtion turn over but it's not starting until the next

LOT OF THOSE AT MY SHOP BACK IN THE DAY.

could have worn timing chain engine slipped time or could have faulty ignition module or CKP sensor.

Something must of hit the starter wiring when you drove on your flat tire.

Hi Peter, If the vehicle turns on the starter all the time, and sometimes starts and other times fails, check the fuel filter for leakage. Sometimes air gets into the fuel system. When it gives problems, open the bonnet (hood) and have someone pump the pump on top of the filter housing. If it feels soft when beginning to pump, I would suspect either a leakage on the fuel line or the filter housing. If you need to replace the housing and filter, remember to fill the replacement filter with clean diesel fuel first. the glow plugs can also cause problems if one or more have burned out. I have a 98 model.
Someone will have to figure out if you are dealing with a no spark or no fuel problem when it won't start.
Could be a long list of causes depending on which issue.

You should have a check engine light on this needs to be diagnosed first. No light then the possibilities are unlimited...... cam sensor ...fuelpump... fuel pump relay.... oil pressure and or levels

This could be a fuel pump issue try starting on starter fluid if it starts you need a pump.

The next time it won't start ,pull a sparkplug wire and see if you're getting fire.Then we'll known whether its a ignition or fuel problem and go from there.

check your battery sometimes it will have enough for lights put not kick in starter then check alternator take to auto zone when running the will test free

When you disconnect a spark plug wire, do you get spark when you crank the engine over?
If so,
When you turn the key to the "run" position (do not crank) do you here the fuel pump run for 2 - 3 seconds?
