Where do i put the transmission fluid for a pontiac grand am 2004 se.... i can find it

raise your hood and look on the driverside of the engine there will be a little red cap that screws down into the transmission, you will need a long funnel to stick down into the hole if not you will spill transmission fluid all over the motor and transmission. hope this helps

Down the dipstick tube. A funnel that fits into the tube will make it a little easier.

You need to open the oil pan under neath the transmission, once done you can see the oil filter and dismantle it very easily. Good luck

you have to go under the car and there is a bolt in the bottom of the tra 3 or 4 inches up the side you have to unscrew this bolt and then have someone pour in the trans fluid until it starts to trickle out.

under the car there is a small bolt in the transmission unscrew this bolt and fill the trans until fluid seeps out the hole

I am not sure which engine you have on your 202 Grand Prix, but if you have the most common 3800 V6 this is where it should be. Look at the back of the engine compartment just to the left of the plastic master cylinder resevoir.

Check for broken motor-transmission mounts. Right where you check the fluid.

There is no transmission dip stick... it is a sealed system and no service is necessary. If it's leaking, you'll need to have the seal replaced.
