is this a guess? never removed it and looked see if you can even touch them?
there are only 2 ways,
1: take yours out, and show me (photos)or any autostore on earth the lamp and ask or the GE bulb book shows them all.
2; or buy the FSM and read that page. (best way !!!)
some cars have 20 lamps there, are you changing them all
all warning and illumination(parking) lamps?
mine is VFD, there are no lamps, at all. 2008
but older cars do have lamps.
1 or all indicators not working, a shoe drop moment....
on my 04, the lens has 2 screws
you remove those, the assy comes out. and the lamp has a twist lock socket it comes of and the lamp is right there.
That does not look like a low beam lsamp. It looks like a parking and turn signal lamp. The low and high beams are together in the main top light. To change the parking light bulb open your hood and look behind the light system for a cover over the bulbs. That should be where you can yurn out a plastic fitting that houses the bulb.
Halogen bulbs contain gas under pressure. Handling a bulb improperly
could cause it to shatter into flying glass fragments. To help avoid
Turn off the lamp switch and allow the bulb to cool before changing the bulb.
Leave the lamp switch OFF until the bulb change is complete.
Always wear eye protection when changing a halogen bulb.
Handle the bulb only by its base. Avoid touching the glass.
Keep dirt and moisture off the bulb.
Properly dispose of the used bulb.
Keep halogen bulbs out of the reach of children.
Raise the hood.
Remove the headlamp assembly bolts from the upper fascia support.
Slide the headlamp assembly outward enough to release the headlamp bracket tabs from the slots in the upper fascia support.
Position the headlamp assembly away from the vehicle body to access the electrical connector.
Disconnect the electrical connector from the headlamp assembly.
Remove the headlamp assembly from the vehicle.
Disconnect the electrical connector from the headlamp bulb/socket.
Remove the headlamp bulb/socket retainer ring from the headlamp, by turning counterclockwise.
Remove the headlamp bulb/socket from the headlamp assembly.
