Vw bora 4 motion shuddering when accelating

I just had my car serviced today vw bora 4 motion. The car has come back shuddering when i accelerate. Could this be result of water in my plugs after they would have washed the engine bay?

Hi, yes,remove all ignition coils and spark plugs and clean off water.

Hi i have a vw bora 1.6 16v w reg 2000 diagnostics test said back lambda sensor and EGR valve so replaced them both. Engine light still on and still hesitates not the power there should be i have been told by a friend that my EGR valve needs adapting how do i do that is this right or can any one help...??????????

sounds like the boot lock motor. this happened to my 2000 bora also. a new motor from vw dealer cost me €24.

Wiring for a towbar on a, vw bora


The following is the wiring for your towbar
Check the inside of the socket and you will find each of the 7 pins are numbered 1 - 7.
No 1 Yellow Wire. Left side Flasher
No 2 Blue Wire. Fog Light.
No 3 White Wire.. Earth.
No 4 Green Wire. Right side Flasher
No 5 Brown Wire. Left side Park Light.
No 6 Red Wire. Brake Lights.
No 7 Centre Pin. Black Wire. Right Side Parh Light.

You a vacuum and/or charged ail leak. Intake track is reading false air that's not being metered.
