The car will not back up out of my steep driveway it kicks into reverse. But does not move. All other gears are just fine.


You mean it kicks OUT OF reverse? You put it in revere, go to move and it jumps out of reverse.

You need a new gearbox, a refurbished gearbox or yours repairing. Reverse is always the one that is the problem.

Transmisson goes in gear but wont move


check that is in good level of trans fluid if its good u need to filter iinside or some mechanical sigs of damaged in gear..

The car runs great,but won't work on reverse..


Maybe your Revers drum band broke or burnt. But try this and see what happens. Put it in Low and see if it moves because Revers and Low have the same band.
