Question about 1999 Mazda 626
I was told by autozone that some trannys for that model was deep inside the trans..this model was not intended for change unless the trans was rebuilt. All that is offered is to drain the fluid and flush.

The automatic transmission filter is located inside the transmission pan.

The transmission filter is inside the transmission. in order to change you must remove the transmission and separate the case.

I can hear a sought of a rattling noise in the engine when the car is driven above 70 km/hr but at 50 and 60 km/hr the engine is running smoothly.
