If you have some mechanical knowledge, it is not really difficult.  It is just time consuming.  Pick up a Haynes manual and they will give you a step by step with pics in doing this.

Grease front axle u joints

I'm going to guess here & say you don't have any

My 04 Lincoln Ls has non & a cousins 05 expedition
has none that I have seen so far, unless you replace the
very common bottom ball joint failure issues ,then you get
grease fittings on Moog Parts

I would check the drive shafts though for fittings, they be
recessed & hard to see & need a grease gun adapter

Need to replace upper and lower ball joints can you help me ?

yes call around and find a shop with an alignment rack. After they replace the ball joints it is going to need an alignment. this is an involved procedure, requires real mechanic tools and skills.

You can replace them seperately, but they need pressed out and in. Other methods of removing and installing likely will damage control arm.

How do you change upper and lower ball joints on 2001 Ford Expedition?

i am not going to lie to you on this. if you do not have a very good mechanical back ground you should not attemp this procedure your self because it could result in serious injury. it should be brought to a shop because they do have the right tools to do this. alot of the time ball joints are pressed in under extream amounts of pressure

Lower ball joint removal

If rust is problem in your area I would suggest (if you have the strength) to remove the knuckle with the rotor still on the hub assembly because F-150's and Expeditions are notorious for the rotors seizing and it's nearly impossible to remove them without damaging them
