O/d stands for overdrive. most cars with automatic transmissions that have overdrive have a button ussually on the shifter not sure on the lexus where it is but try to find an overdrive on off button

It should not be lit when the togle button is off. If you press it again does the light stay on?
It could be an issue with the dash light itself or the OD switch may not be working.

Something drained my battery on 1992 es 300, any known fuse problems to check first
use a test light
disconnect the positive battery terminal
connect the test light between the battery and the cable
if the light lits you have a drain
next remove each fuse at a time
which ever fuse that turn off the test light then that circuit has a short
make sure every thing turn off and all door close when you perform this test.

Your Brake Lights.
I bet if you press your brake down when your car is running, the light will come on again.
I think there is a malfunction with my car because that light comes on, but there is no problem with the brakes.
You really don't have to worry about it unless your brake light(s) are broken.
