Question about 1995 Toyota Camry

My backup lights are not working, already changed the bulbs

My backup lights are not working, I changed the bulbs and they still don't work I don't believe it is the fuse because everything else that is on that same fuse still works. Could it be the neutral safety switch?

My camery is a 1997 but same problem. That was exactly the problem, once I fixed the broken wires my back up lights and license plate lights are now working thanks for the response.

1996 Camry reverse lights don't work

Check if you are getting power to the reverse light switch. Turn ignition on, disconect terminals to the switch and check for power on the positive terminal using a light bulb or a test meter whatever. If power is there jumpthe 2 terminals and check if light backup light works. If it does replace switch. If ther is no power at switch check wiring from fuse box. If light does not work when switch is jumped check wiring to back.

If the lights don't work, and you have no power to the bulbs, check the backup light switch - part of the neutral safety switch on automatic shift cars.

My drivers side backup light isn't working. I changed the bulb and it still doesn't work. Apparently there isn't a fuse for the backup light. Can anyone help?

If the other one is working then there is something wrong with the wireing between the two of them, or the connection in the light or the bulb contacts are dirty in the holder.

Replaced the brake light switch completely, but as soon I hit the brake pedal, the brake light warning light comes on again indicating that there is a light out in the rear. But all the lights are working,...

If this is a newer lexus, then its very clever. It WILL be a blown bulb, but when a bulb is out, the car lights the next nearset bulb to substitute. Have a closer look at the rear lights and check all the bulb filaments by eye.
