Question about 2000 Ford Expedition
First my flashers went out and would only work if i jiggled the switch. last night my turn signals went. I checked bith sets of fuses in the circut (under hood and interior fuse box) to find that theuy were fine. Before i purchase a flasher box and rip my dash apart i wanted to be sure there werent any other troubleshooting methods to try before shelling out 100 bucks for the flasher unit.
I would say you have a bad multifunction switch. Here is a pic with the test for the switch.
I would also check for pulsing voltage to LB and WH/RD wires at the multifunction switch. These are the 2 feeds from the flasher relay. The flasher relay is located under dash behind the headlamp switch area.
