Speedometer works but odometer does not on my 96 jeep Cherokee sport.

Generally its something inside the speedo cluster. You can try to replace it with a used cluster or send it out to have it repaired.
The dealer may have a list of shops qualified to rebuild Jeep clusters.

1998 Jeep Cherokee Sport 4.0L When I'm stopped at

My guess would be a problem with the turn signal switch.
Unless there is a short in one of the bulb sockets and the parking lights are flashing too.

Won't go into 4 low

Have you tried shifting the automatic transmission to neutral, or if manual transmission- place shift lever to neutral position, then shift the transfer case to neutral position wait a couple seconds then try shifting to 4 low- if you have manual hubs, engage those last. This removes most of the potential mechanical resistance that should allow for the transfer case to shift.

If it still will not go into 4 low you may be dealing with damaged teeth, bent shift dog or worn internal bearings inside the transfer case. As I recall, that was NOT a shift on the fly transfer case.

My Jeep Grand Cherokee fail to engage the 4 wheel system. The front wheels doesn't working. I can hear a noise but nothing happens. Why?

Maybe the transfer case that sends power to the front wheels is bad. Only way to know for sure what's wrong is to have it checked out.

Trying to find coolant fan fuse for 1996 jeep cherokee sport

cooling fan fuse should be third up from bottom on right on cabin fuse block. there may be another in power distribution center under the hood. Not sure if you mean radiator fan. to check, first hot-wire fan to battery. if it runs check fuse and relay. Radiator fan operates like this: coolant sensor sends signal to computer that sends ground signal to fan relay that then completes power circuit to fan. Difference in cabin fan is that the dash control sends signal to relay, then to resistor bloc, to fan motor. All electrical components require power and a good ground to operate properly.

Jeep wont shift right

No, it is for the speedometer only. The cable that runs to the throttle from the transmission needs adjusted.

Transfer case pops out of 4-lo

Either your linkage is not properly adjusted or the shift fork is a bit worn inside the transfer case. I have a bit of wear on my own and shift into low range while rolling with no load, between 5&20mph and it works fine except that I need to anticipate needing it before hand. One important rule...If it grinds, don't force it into gear. That will cause damage.
Also, if you just got it, change the oil in there...you have no idea when it was last serviced.
