Any time you have an ABS problem the red brake light will also light up.Not sure but it could be that you just have a bad wheel speed sensor. There is a wheel speed sensor at each wheel.A quick scan of the ABS computer will tell you this.Let me know if this helps or if you have further questions.

I have a toyota nze it has aproblem of showing hand brake light and abc.please help.

Hi there!

The brake light is always an indication of low fluid level or low pressure in the fluid system. The ABS light comes on when a problem detected with one of the 4 sensors or wires that connect the sensors to PCM in your vehicle. So what you can do is check the fluid level and about the ABS you will need to scan it to see whats the code that was stored. Good luck

I have a 2006 Toyota Corolla. After 5000 miles without an oil change the "Maintenance Required Light" turns on. After getting an oil change, the light will stay on unless someone does something...

1) Get into the car and close the driver's door

2) Put your key in the ignition, but don't turn it.

3) With your left hand, press and hold the odometer reset button (its somewhere near the odometer)

4) With your right hand, turn the key to the position right before start while still holding down the reset button with your left hand.

5) While still holding the reset button, you will see your odometer show up as 000000, keep holding the button until all the zeros disappear.

6) After all the zeros are gone, your odometer will show back up and the "Maint REQ" light will go away.

If you need more detailed instructions, consult your owner's manual. The procedure is outlined there with pictures.

ABS light show problem free Solution

The ABS light is telling you that your Anti Lock Brake sytem is not working, due to a malfunction. Usually this is caused by a wheel speed sensor, but you need to download your car's codes to find out for sure. Most auto parts stores will do this for you free of charge.
You will still have your normal braking system, but it should be a good idea to check your brake fluid level to make sure you have no leaks.

In my 2009 corolla s, my abs and brake indicator lights keep turning on and off during multiple driving trips. sometimes, when i start the car, the lights are on, then when i'm driving, they turn off. ...

I have a 2009 LE and the abs & brake warning light came on. Took it to the dealer, it is a known problem on some corollas. They ordered a speed sensor ($650) which is covered on the 60K warranty. The light went off the next day (part is not yet installed).

Desh meter lights

Regarding the corolla abs light, you need to get your local dealer to diagnose the fault, it is possible a wheel sensor giving a faulty reading but while the abs light remains on you have no abs. Worth getting it looked at promptly
