you can only get the software reinstalled by a chrysler dealer repair shop or disconnect battery for 5 mins the computer will reset the drive it on the highway 1/2 hr.@55mph and 15mins stop and go traffic.the computor will recieve signal from all components and sensors,it's the same as changing coil packs, sensors, fuel injectors
etc.check with scan tool should be good. let me know!
There is no formal retraining procedure necessary. Drive vehicle for a minimum of 10 minutes while maintaining a continuous speed above 15MPH. During this time the system will learn the new sensor ID and will clear any DTCs automatically.
Maybe when you change the tires they remove or broke one or the four sensors located inside the rim or wheel, at the inside of the valve, this sensors transmit the low pressure to the computer, and if one, or all, are removed or damaged, computer will register it at as a low pressure tire
Try disconnecting the battery once the pressures are set and good. Leave it disconnected for 10 mins. This will reset the computer and should clear the fault if there are no other problems. These sensors are known to fail frequently so dont be surprised if the sensor/s need replaced.
I have a 2005 with tire pressure monitoring also and was surprised when I rotated the tires that the system continued to work O.K. The manual says the dealer must retrain the sensors to recognize the tires but so far mine seem to be working just fine. Retraining probable requires digital readout box to reset the computer and unless you know someone who has one the dealer is probably your best bet.
