Idle is computer controlled and no way to increase it. May want to make sure the throttle body is clean. Use carb cleaner and a soft tooth brush to remove carbon buildup.

Idle drops and some times the car dies.

Most probably not related. Remove inlet tube to intake and where throttle plate is visible examine for sludge or carbon buildup. If present use Carb cleaner or similar to spray clean then wipe out sludge and excess fluids with towel. This can help with unstable low idle speeds
