SOURCE: economic mode
Your a/c system is probably low on freon if the button will not go out of economy mode when pressed. I would have the a/c system serviced and inspected for leaks

It has a spring loaded belt tensioner. There are 2 different styles. One has an e12 bolt on the pulley (a 10mm 12pt closed end wrench will work) the other has a 15 mm. bolt on the tensioner pulley. Just turn the bolt( i think to the right ) and it will collapse the spring enough to get the belt off. You can put a pin through the bottom of the tensioner to keep it collapsed if you need to replace the tensioner. If there is a plastic cover on the pulley just pop it off to gain access to the bolt. Good luck-I think some after marked tensioner pulleys may have a t40 style bolt but either way they all work the same.
