120,000 miles. How ever they have been know to strech and cause engine hesitation and irregular miss firing. If this is happening then I would replace it sooner. This can happen as soon as 75,000 miles. I hoped this helps.

Why wont my 97 plymouth grand voyager shift into fourth gear at 40 mph?

Sticking valves. When is the last time you had the transmission serviced? Since it will shift when cold, I would suspect a valve body issue.

Change timing belt

if you have the 3.3L or the 3.8L, it has a timing chain and not a belt. if you have the 3.0L belt replacement is every 60,000 miles.
If it ia belt you will only need to purchase the belt around 40 dollars
