Under left side of dash in the auxiliary relay box no 3
It is up about even with the headlamp switch and will have 3 relays in it.The largest one is the flasher..

Why do my emergency flashers work, but turn signals are intermittent on 2004 ford expedition, what could be the cause of this ?

Cause could be from a worn out multi-function switch (blinker switch)
Filaments heat and expand and decrease in size as current runs to them, basically making and breaking a circuit several times, creating an intermittent switch that supplies current to the lights. These can go out, and will need to be replaced.

Looking for fuse diagram for 2004 ford expedition

Go to the FREE Ford website and download the owners manual for your vechicle. It will show a picture of the fuse block, locations and sizes.
It's location in the manual is under "road side emergencies".

I have a 2004 expedition with a factory flat 4 plug for trailer lights and i does not work correctly im wondering what i need to do to make it work right. all fuses are good is there another harness i can...

Most of the Ford products have a trailer package bag that has the extra relays and a wire loom for electric brakes.

The relays go into a box under the hood and give you Heavy Duty flashers for trailers. There are instructions which show you where to plug in the upgraded Flashers in the package.

Where is the signal flasher located fo an 2003 ford expedition eddie bauer

Typically the location is the fuse box. check your manual.
but more importantly, what are you trying to solve. If signals work correctly in one direction but not the other the issue is NOT the flasher. Typically the issue is not the flasher, but rather some light or grounding issue...test carefully
