have same problem new timing belt new coil new plugs, someone told me possible distributor, tried to find one new one about 200 none found in any junkyards

Yeah same here. I have replaced the fuel pump and the relay switch. I  had the undulating idle at stop lights so I replaced the much needed radiator and the undulation stopped but it still will leave me stranded.

I will go to the truck the next morning and it starts like nothing was ever wrong. Is my truck bi-polor?
If I get a throttle position sensor will I be a Happy Trooper?

Similar problem: Have replaced distributor cap, wires, plugs, timing belt checked, timing checked, coil replaced (was bad),fuel pressure & delivery OK,replaced fuel filter, a mechanic checked the O2 sensor, Mechanic still looking at after 5 weeks!! says only thing he can think of is the CPU is bad but test OK. Very expensive.

Your flywheel sound like it has hot spots on it, making the clutch chatter. You might need to pull the flywheel off and get it re-surface. This is like turning your rotor, or brake drum. If you pull the flywheel, you will see discolor spots on your flywheel. This is called hot spots, and will make the clutch slip.

On the other problem, have you changed to fuel filter and fuel pump. It almost sound like your running out of fuel????

You can go to and register for full free online repair manual. Register, login, choose year, make, mode, and view repair guide. They have your vaccum diagram. There should also be one on the hood itself.

Have a 2.2 isuzu PU will not start scanner says multiple misfires it is 1998 what should i do

Could be plugs, plug wires, coil, distributor cap, or rotor. I would first do a compression test, because of the year.

95 toyota t100 starts when cool then shuts down after running about an hour. Won't restart for 2-3 hours. Runs well until shutdown. 3.4l V6.

Possibly the fuel/mixture sensor thinking that the engine is cold and needs more fuel causing the engine to flood?

Pickup coil?

sounds like you need to clean out the carb. or you have the wrong gap on the spark plugs. having to jump start it i would start with the spark plugs gap. gap open to much will take a bit of starting. and when engine is at running temp. it use less fuel and the spark plug gap gets bigger. until there is no spark or not a good one to keep engine running.

1995 isuzu pick up runs good but won't start after it runs for awhile

Does The Inlet Manifold Under The Carberetor Have Water Hoses Going To IT,If Yes? This Water Is To Keep The Carberetor Cool The Pipes And The Manifold Could Be Blocked Stopping The Water From Flowing And Allowing The Carb To Get Hot!
When You Stop The Fuel Evaporates Causing It Not To Start
Remove A Piupe When Cold Start Engine Does Water Flow Out,
If Yes Or No Re Fit Hose Then Remove Other Hose If Yes Then The Manifold And Or Pipes Are Blocked.
Remove Manifold Clear Out Blockage ,Replace Hoses Re Fill Radiator With Anti Freeze Solution ,Problem Should Be Solved
Hope This Helps

The truck starts up for a few seconds then dies?my truck is 1989 isuzu trooper ,the weather is very cold right now , is this a fuel pressure problem?

It actually could be a number of things. I need to ask you more questions to narrow my prognosis down. You mentioned the weather being cold, lately. How cold? Freezing? When was your last tune up and do you eventually get the car started after trying for a while? If you do how does it run?
