switch or blower motor resistor. you can jump the wiring to the blower motor to see if it works. if it does, its likely the blower motor resistor or less likely the switch.
if it has climate control air conditioning, then it is likely the module(s) and you will have to have it checked out.
be prepared to renew both the blower motor and blower resistor. if it were just a bad resistor it should work on hi-speed only. make sure you have power to the motor when on hi speed. bad blower motors will kill the resistor. follow the water tubes from under the drivers side of van to the point where they enter the van, that is where unit would be located on the inside. be prepared to remove some seats and wall covers.
Ok, first off, check the fuses under the dash. If they're all good, does the blower work only on high speed? If yes, then you have a bad blower motor resistor, which is located under the hood, near the blower motor itself. If the motor doesnt work at all at any fan speed, make sure the wiring harness that plugs into the motor under the hood is clean and tightly installed. If it still doesnt operate, sometimes tapping on the blower motor housing will kick it on, but if that doesnt work, you may have to replace the blower motor. They are available aftermarket, and arent usually too expensive.
its not in the headliner. its under the side panel in the rear on drivers side. you half to remove the panel on the inside just above the rear tire. since the moter runs sometime i would replace the blower motor resistor first cause these are known for going bad and its in the same area as the blower motor. this resistor controls the fan speeds and if its gone bad the fan dont run right. plus its alot cheaper than blower motor. once you have replaced the resistor you can turn the fan on and see if its a fixya before putting the panel back in place.
