I had the same problem with the starter clicking and not starting the motor. I put a relay on starter and have had no problems since. I have put relays on three other zuks with same problem and they start every time. you can buy relay from just about any parts store or order off of EBAY for about $12.00. Very simple fix for a big headache. Takes about ten minutes to install.

There is condenser shaped part attched to the starter moter this is the part which makes the starter moter to spin and when it is stuck the moter does not spin you can check it by one person sitting in the car holding the key to start position and another one hit it softly with some spanner or something The starter moter will move there is a small gear in it which requires replace ment Or the other possible reason can be the carbon brushes in the starter moter are worn out or the place where these brushes touch on armature the place is worn out that Y ou will only come to know when you will take the moter away from the engine Lastly I hope you might have checked your battery that it is giving sufficient current to the moter
the most common problem is dirty connections eather at the battery post or in the cables coming off the battery going to ur starter. currosion builds up in the cables and when it heats up it dosnt allow enough volts to start it. hope i helped
